Laser Analyzers
Aerodyne’s family of laser trace gas analyzers provide real-time molecular monitoring with fast time resolution (as fast as 20 Hz) and with exquisite sensitivity – in the low parts per trillion range for many species.

The TILDAS Compact Single Laser Trace Gas Analyzer is a compact, single laser trace gas analyzer. It is our smallest and most economical laser trace gas instrument. The instrument can be configured to detect many trace gas species including NO, N2O, NO2, NH3, CO, CO2, CH4, C2H6, COS, HCHO, O3, EtO and many others.
The TILDAS Dual Laser Trace Gas Analyzer enables the simultaneous measurement of multiple species using two multiplexed lasers. Many different molecules can be measured with TILDAS, but only a small subset of that list can be monitored with any specific pair of lasers. Typically, each laser can measure one to three molecular species. Depending on which lasers are selected, a dual laser analyzer can detect between two to six molecular species. There are hundreds of possible combinations so it is not feasible to list all the possibilities.
These instruments rely on rapid sweep Tunable Infrared Laser Direct Absorption Spectroscopy (TILDAS) implemented with long path Astigmatic Multi-pass Absorption Cells (AMAC).
