ISI 2024

Aerodyne attended the 11th International Symposium on Isotopomers (ISI) that was held at the Institute of Science Tokyo, Japan 12-15 November 2024.  This conference brings together over 100 experts in the field to discuss the latest developments in stable isotope research (PSIA, Clumped, MIF etc.).

Aerodyne's David Nelson presents

David Nelson gave an invited presentation entitled “Recent Progress in Isotope Ratio Laser Spectroscopy (IRLS) of Clumped CO2 and of Δ17O in CO2.“  The presentation highlighted the advantages of laser techniques over more traditional mass spectrometric techniques for measuring the isotopic composition of these hard to measure but extremely useful isotopes of CO2.

Banquet

Participants were also invited to enjoy a night of casual conversation, making new acquaintances and, of course, a delicious meal.
