Aerodyne Research was featured in the EPA’s SBIR Program Highlights newsletter dated April 20, 2023. Aerodyne was listed in the SBIR Small Business Spotlight section which highlights businesses that have received EPA SBIR funding, also known as America’s Seed Fund.
SBIR funding plays a critical role supporting discovery, research, innovation, and development. In this case, Aerodyne received both Phase I and Phase II funding to develop an ethylene oxide monitor with an ultra-low limit of detection. With this funding, Aerodyne has improved the technology, developed a field ready instrument, and conducted real world measurements to prove its value. Upon completion of Phase 2, Aerodyne expects to have a state-of-the-art, commercially available EtO monitor. Aerodyne Research is grateful for the support received from America’s Seed Fund for this project which aligns with our company’s goal of Technology Enhancing Science for the environment.
